Objective
Two huge Spanish corporations as Repsol and El Corte Inglés signed an strategic agreement whereby the energy company exclusively offers the Supercor Stop&Go proximity supermarket brand. Both groups announced the objective of opening 1,000 Supercor Stop&Go stores at Repsol petrol stations over the next three years.
Madese is one of the clients that has opted for the project and has decided to start implementing Stop&Go stores in its network of petrol stations. The objective was to carry out the approval, implementation and integration process of Stop&Go with Pentasoft as a technology partner, so we have approved our service station management solutions with the Stop&Go platform. The main features of the integration are:
- Transparent management from our Pentagas POS
- Dynamic interaction with the Stop&Go catalog in real time
- Real-time Stop&Go promotions and returns management
- Possibility of off-line operation if there are incidents in communications
- Complete assortment of Stop&Go references including also local references
Solution
The approved solution has been Akron POS, a product that is part of our solution Akron, where we integrate the most advanced technology from AWS (Amazon Web Services) like AWS IoT Core, with local points of sale (Akron POS), agile and able to interact with different suppliers.
The entire sales platform through Akron POS allows access to the complete Stop&Go catalog instantly, as well as flexible promotions management and the possibility of working offline if there are incidents in communications.
